The Icing on the Cupcake

I went to a little shop called Cupcakes today.  I happened to be at Bed Bath & Beyond and I saw it next door.  Like most people, I'm a fan of cake.  And this little shop sells nothing but cupcakes & coffee, which, in my opinion, can only be described with one word: perfect.  They opened in Tucson several months ago but their parent company is up in Scottsdale.  I decided to buy one to surprise Brandt when I picked him up from school.  I have to say, I enjoyed the icing a lot more than the cupcake.
